The rooftop terrace is a hidden gem where you can relax with beautiful views of the city.

Sound insulation could be improved as conversations from neighboring rooms were occasionally noticeable.

The rooftop garden was amazing, but the sheets had stains and hairs.

Location right across from França train station was a major highlight. Getting to and from the hotel was effortless, with a supermarket nearby for quick snacks. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Daily housekeeping kept the space fresh. Staff were accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. I enjoyed the common kitchen area stocked with coffee and pastries, perfect for starting the day. On the downside, the access code system for the building was a bit cumbersome, causing a delay in check-in as I wasn't provided with the codes initially. Also, the sound insulation could use improvement. conversations from neighboring rooms were audible at times. However, the overall experience was solid, and I'd return.

We enjoyed our stay with our grandchild, especially the close proximity to Ciudadela Park and the convenience of the metro. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare snacks. The rooftop terrace was a delightful spot for our morning coffee.

In my wife’s opinion, a little playground would be great for families.

The cleanliness, the spaciousness, the room amenities was simply excellent.

Solo travelers worth considering

The room was huge, and I never had an issue with the shared bathroom. Also, the Wi-Fi was solid! !

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the space and service, it’s acceptable.

A fantastic stay with easy access to public transport and key attractions. The room was impeccably clean, and daily housekeeping kept it fresh. The highlight was the complimentary homemade muffins and organic coffee, which added a lovely touch to the mornings. However, noise from the street was occasionally intrusive, and the bathroom setup could be inconvenient for some. Additionally, the limited common spaces made it less ideal for socializing.

i had an amazing stay at pension ciudadela! the location is fantastic, just across from estacio de francia, making it super easy to get to the airport. the staff were incredibly professional, and the rooftop garden is a lovely spot to unwind. everything in the double room was spotless and comfortable.

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was bigger than expected with great storage space. The roof deck offered stunning views of the city! Although the sound insulation could be better, I’d definitely return!

the location was fantastic, less than 5 minutes from Humboldt Penguins and just a short walk to the Picasso Museum, making it super easy to dive into the local culture. I really appreciated the kind staff who made my stay even better.
